What Is Diam?

		Disability insurance continues to be one of the most overlooked types of insurance. Many people are not aware that without a paycheck, meeting their expenses would not be possible. A paycheck is the cornerstone of one’s livelihood, and Disability Insurance Awareness Month (DIAM) aims to increase awareness of this important fact.
		As part of our efforts to support this essential program, Illinois Mutual, in conjunction with the Life and Health Insurance Foundation for Education (LIFE), is promoting DIAM to try to help more people understand just how much they rely on a paycheck and to help them take action to protect it.
